A couple of hours ago, in front of my office in Hauz Khas Enclave, I bumped into Pushpa, a very old friend from my golden twenties. It was at Pushpa’s house, towards the end of 1989, during a dance party, that I had first met my future wife Priti . We were married just four months later, on March 16, 1990.
